All jobs on Carisly come directly from employers: from their hiring systems (such as Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Personio, Teamtailor, Ashby, Workday and SmartRecruiters) and from the structured job data (schema.org JobPosting) on their own websites.

Finding employers

To find employers we use, among other things:

• Web Data Commons and Common Crawl: public datasets from which we take employers’ domains.
• Remote OK: we use company names from Remote OK as a signpost to find employers with remote jobs. We don’t copy jobs, texts or links from Remote OK; we get the jobs themselves from the employer.

Occupation names

This service uses the ESCO classification of the European Commission. We use an adapted version: only Dutch and English occupation names, as synonyms in search. More about ESCO.

We don’t copy jobs from other job sites, temp agencies or recruitment agencies. More on this: job site without recruitment agencies and jobs that aren’t on LinkedIn.
