Find a new job fast
Looking for a new job, maybe urgently after a layoff, a reorganisation or a bankruptcy? The sooner you see a vacancy, the sooner you are in. Carisly checks the careers pages of 2,141 Dutch employers every day and shows 30,451 open jobs right now, straight from the employer.
How to find a new job faster
- Start with what is new today. The top of the job list shows jobs posted in the last 24 hours, with salary. Applying early pays off: many employers schedule first interviews in the first week.
- Set an email alert for your search so you don't have to check every day.
- Apply directly with the employer, on their own site, so your application goes straight to the person who decides.
- Have your CV ready and tailor your letter to each job. Members write a tailored cover letter for every job and practise the interview for that job.
- Search beyond your current job title: the same role has a different name at every employer. Try a few variants, or filter by field and province.
Need work urgently after a layoff?
If you become unemployed, apply for unemployment benefit (WW) at UWV in time: within a week of your first day without work. Check uwv.nl for what applies to you. If an outplacement or reintegration agency supports you, ask whether they cover access to Carisly.
Not sure which direction to take? The career test shows which fields suit you, with real jobs.
What it costs
Browsing, filters and an email alert are free. With a subscription you see the employer and go straight to the job: week €6.99 and month €17.99 (subscriptions), lifetime €49.99 (one-time). See pricing.
