This is an English translation for your convenience. If the English and the Dutch version differ, the Dutch text prevails.

1. Who we are

Carisly (carisly.com) is the trade name under which we offer this service. Contact: contact@carisly.com or the form on the contact page.

2. What Carisly does

Carisly is a paid subscription for job seekers with access to an overview of jobs posted directly by employers. We collect public job postings from the employers themselves and check them again every day; closed jobs disappear at the next check.

We collect the jobs in the overview from employers ourselves; nobody pays to be listed. We are not an employer and not an intermediary; you always apply with the employer itself, via the link to the original.

3. Free and paid

The job list can be viewed for free. With a paid subscription you see the employer and the link to the job at the employer for every job, and all jobs per employer.

4. Ordering and payment

You buy from Carisly. Payment goes through PayPal: with your PayPal account or with your card if PayPal offers that option. The terms of PayPal also apply to your PayPal account.

The agreement is concluded as soon as your payment has succeeded; your access starts immediately. You get a confirmation by email. You have a 14-day cooling-off period with a full refund on request (see cancellation and refunds).

A subscription is charged automatically via PayPal at the start of each new period.

5. Renewal, cancellation and lifetime

• A subscription (week or month) is renewed automatically at the end of each period and paid again, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time via your account (Cancel). You keep access until the end of the paid period; no new payment follows.
• Lifetime is one payment without renewal. Lifetime means: access for as long as Carisly offers the service.

7. Accuracy of jobs

We do our best to show only open jobs, but employers may close or change a job in the meantime. The job at the employer always prevails.

8. Use

Your account is personal. You may not read the site automatically, resell the content or share your access.

9. Liability and applicable law

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid Carisly in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live continue to apply.
