Cancellation and refunds

This is an English translation for your convenience. If the English and the Dutch version differ, the Dutch text prevails.

You buy from Carisly; payment goes through PayPal. We handle cancellations and refunds ourselves.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account (Cancel). If you stop the automatic payment in your PayPal account, that also counts as cancelling.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that nothing more is charged.

14-day cooling-off period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after your purchase, even though you get access immediately. If you want to withdraw from your purchase within those 14 days, email us via the contact page or contact@carisly.com. You get the full amount back via PayPal within 14 days of your request, and your access stops.

This applies to the first payment of a subscription and to lifetime. After those 14 days you can always cancel a subscription; you then keep access until the end of the paid period.
